About us

Palace Parties is a up and coming party event company in Louisville, Kentucky. We do parties, events, and volunteer work all around Louisville. We bring magical characters to any event, to enhance your party experience. We look forward to joining your next party or event.

Our princess will come to your child's birthday for 40 minutes. They will spend time with all the kids there, sing happy birthday, and create many magical photo opportunities for your little ones.

This package has our princess come for 60 minutes to your party or event. They will spend time with children there, sing happy birthday, create magical photo opportunities, and read a story for all the little ones there!

 Our princess will come to your party or event for 90 minutes. They will spend time with the children there, sing happy birthday, create magical photo opportunities, read a story for the little ones, sing a song from their movie, and do royal training for all the kids there!

Our princess will meet with your child over a google meets or zoom. This can be for a birthday, special occasion, or just for fun! Our princess will answer any questions your little one may have and sing a song from their movie or read a book.

Photographer

Have a photographer come to your event and capture all the amazing moments you might miss. We work with Kina C Photography to promise you amazing photos. To book our photographer, we require a 2-3 week heads up to work with everyone's availability. Price depends on package.

$10 Per Person getting makeover.

    We love volunteering here at Palace Parties! If you work for a non profit or have a fundraising event you would like to book us for, we would love to try and make it. We can't always, but we try out best! Message us for more info!

    We want to make any event we work as magical as possible. That's why we strive for flexibility.  We understand many children may be shy, have sensory issues, or so much more. Message us, and we can adapt any party in the way that you need!

    Policies

    At Palace Parties, we want to go over and beyond for all of our customers. These policies allow us to be able to do that for every event we attend. 

        

     - Late Policy: If any of our actors is late for a party, we will always make up for the time. We want to make sure everyone is getting what they are paying for. 


    - Deposit Policy: For every party, we require a 50% deposit before the event. 


    -Princess Safety Policy: Ensuring our actors safety is a top priority at Palace Parties. If an actor is put in an unsafe situation at any party or event, they are to leave with no refund.


    -County policy: We only do parties inside of Jefferson County
